Welcome to Eighton Lodge Care Home

Located in Low Eighton on the southern outskirts of Low Fell, making it easy access to Newcastle City centre and Gateshead Metro Centre. The home stands in one-and-a-half acres of delightful gardens, with good open aspects in pleasant, semi-rural surroundings.

Within the home, the relationship between residents, staff and visitors is very important to us, should you choose to visit you will see for yourself the warm family atmosphere created at Eighton Lodge.

The daily experience of life in the home centres on a number of social activities and interaction, devised from residents individual choice. Particular interests and activities include Yoga, Art Class, Exercise Class, Flower Arranging, Baking, Whist Club, Masseuse,Poetry Reading, Quizzes and Musical Concerts. Residents are also encouraged to take part in community activities such as visits to local historical centres, the countryside, the sea-side, garden centres, shopping or the local pub. To ensure this opportunity is open to everyone, the company have a bus which has been adapted for our disabled residents.

We are very proud of our home cooking and offer a varied nutritious menu of traditional dishes, a copy of our daily menu may be obtained by request.
